Home schooler chances at Penn State and Pitt

My daughter is a homeschooler and has applied to Pitt and Penn State, interested in majoring in Computer Science.

Her SAT is 1950, with a 3.94 GPA. Lots of honors and AP courses. Volunteering, high school sports, etc.

We did not do the diploma program, but submitted course descriptions, letters of evaluation and letter from local school district.

What is her chances for either Penn State (main) or Pitt? She should know about Pitt soon, for she did the early application. But Penn State doesn’t notify until end of January and it’s her first pick.

Penn State: Low match
UPitt EA: Low match

At both these schools, GPA is 2/3 of the way, with SAT 1/4 and the remainder being ECs in any shape or form.

What does “low match” mean? Sorry, new to this. Plus, I just can’t believe that they will equally compare her to other public school kids. Any experience with homeschoolers’ admission process?
