The good news is, universities are much better prepared to deal with homeschoolers today than even just a few years ago. <p>My oldest daughter decided to homeschool primarily to be better prepared for college level auditions. She was spending so much time on homework that one by one, she was having to reduce her theatre training (voice, dance, acting) to practically nothing. We run into quite a few homeschoolers in the theatre world. The schedule is just better when there is flexibility.</p>
<p>So, in a nutshell, train, do shows and have fun! Plus, keep an eye on which schools you want to attend in order to meet their academics!</p>
