Hi,

I am a rising senior who has been homeschooled for most of his life, and I was hoping to get some clarification regarding Columbia’s SAT II requirement for homeschool students.

From what I know, they require 4 different SAT IIs, like Pomona. However, Pomona is allowing me to substitute AP tests for this requirement (I will have taken AP Calc AB, BC, Computer Science, SAT II Physics, Math 2, and Literature), and I was wondering if Columbia did the same, or if they required 4 SAT subject tests in addition to the AP tests.

My brother was a homeschooled student as well, and received a likely letter from Columbia and acceptances to a number of other schools (he currently attends Pomona), but he took 4 SAT subject tests (Lit, Physics, Math 2, Chem).

Thanks!
