<p>Have you considered Hawaii instead? It’s absolutely gorgeous and has a lot of vacancies nowadays.</p>
<p>Have they considered a cruise to the Caribbean? There may be some lines that go out of New Orleans and maybe Texas. D1 has a June wedding scheduled also!</p>
<p>Go to applevacations.com and put in the trip information. This is a good travel company…I put in for Aruba and a few really good trips came up. I love Aruba…so beautiful, so peaceful, lots of good restaurants and very friendly inhabitants. Starting from about $800 for hotel and airfare, going up to about $1200 for an inclusive-resort (per person, of course).</p>
<p>But Apple Vacations have a lot of trips leaving from New Orleans in a variety of place and prices. </p>
<p>If they can stretch their trip to the 4th, making a full week, they will get better deals yet.</p>

<p>I’d go for Hawaii even if I weren’t doing a honeymoon… except, of course, that we are paying college bills right now.</p>
