honor code violation and Bs??

Hi,
I was wondering what are my chances of getting into a good college for medical if I have a honor code violation on me from freshman year and from 12 classes in highschool I have taken so far I have 8 Bs. My overall GPA is 4.07.
In my freshman year I had: 4 Honors wich I got Bs, 3 Non Honors which I had As in. In sophmore year I had: 2 APs biology and government which I got Bs in and 3 Honors which were also Bs and 1 regular which was an A. Next year ill have 3 APs and the rest will be honors. Mu school also goes by the system in which they have B+ and A-. All the letter grade have have things like that. And there is a difference between in GPA between a A- and an A.
And for clubs, I am a volunteer teacher at a local school, I have awards from writing contests and clubs like science Olympiad and ethics bowl. I am not a president of anything. And I have not excelled in sports i play in (cross country and track).
So after all that I was wondering what were my chances of getting into a good college. I would like to be a doctor and my parents would like for me to wither go to Washington State University or UNC. My SAT score was a 1800 but I plan on retaking it.

I don’t really know an answer, but would encourage you to look at UNC-A…it is a hidden gem. My friend’s daughter went there and got into 3 medical schools. There are no TA’s so you often graduate published, and the faculty gets to know YOU. It is a great town and school. Very high stats for kids getting into grad school…
