<p>Well some colleges mandate you to send all of your SAT scores in.</p>
<p>However, score choice lets you send in the scores you want colleges to see (colleges have no way to tell whether you sent in all or some).</p>
<p>The Honor System is whether you follow the college’s policy or not.</p>
<p>If a regulation exists, and enforcement is unlikely or impossible, then enforcement is based on the honor system, which stipulates that participants should adhere to the rule based on the morality of that choice, essentially giving their word of honor that they will accede to the guidelines.</p>
