Honors/Accelerated Program

Hi guys,

The GW website says

Does this mean that the Honors Program and an Accelerated Program are mutually exclusive? For instance, could I apply to both Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science/Master of Science in Computer Science program and the Honors Program?

Special Interest Program are like programs such as the woman’s leadership program at Mount Vernon.

[Special Interest Programs for Entering Freshmen | Special Interest Programs | Learning at GW | Undergraduate Admissions | Apply | The George Washington University](http://www.gwu.edu/apply/undergraduateadmissions/learningatgw/specialinterestprograms)

Thanks, but I’m still unclear as to whether I can apply to both the Honors Program and an Accelerated Program. I wouldn’t be applying to a special program, but because the website says, “Applicants to the University Honors Program or to an Accelerated Program,” I wasn’t sure if you could only apply to one. Can you apply to both?

You can apply to both. I applied to the UHP and to the BA/MPP.

They [honors and accelerated] are two separate things, but you can apply to them [honors and accelerated] both in contrast to the fact that if you decide to apply to honors, you can’t apply to a special program or vice versa.

Thanks a lot!

Nice!!! Thanks
