Hi,
I know that the honors college does not have official overnights for prospective students, but I am having such a tough time deciding between the honors college and university of Virginia engineering. Are there any honors college students out there willing to let me stay over or visit with them? It would help so much!

What do you think a sleepover will accomplish that just visiting the campus won’t?

well @notrichenough, i did an overnight at uva and really got to know what college life is like there. i felt like i really fit in, and the students were all so friendly. On the other hand, when i visited south carolina, i never even got to go in an honors college dorm, or meet any honors college students, so i really have no idea what it would be like to be a student at schc.

The honors students are the ones that look like this:

Just kidding of course.

I know this may seem like a trite question, but have you contacted the Honors College? I did similar sleepovers at Duke and UVA when I was looking at schools, though I never thought to ask at USC. I ended up choosing USC anyway, but it might be worth asking in the case that a program exists at Carolina.

They only have overnights in the reg college. None in the honors college why did you pick USC? And how were our experiences at duke and Uva?
