<p>I was curious, when do people find out whether they have been admitted to the Honors College at UNC? Did it already happen for EA people?</p>
<p>Honors program invitations are sent out sometime between now and mid April.</p>
<p>Scholarship information won’t probably start coming out until March at which time those offered significant merit awards (Davie, Carolina Scholars among them) will also be invited to an Explore Carolina session. They hold about eight of them for all admitted students but reserve two of them for the students they really want to attend and are offering significant merit money to. These are the only sessions that offer overnights. They have an all day program for you and parents (separately) ending with a meal and entertainment in the President’s suite in Kenan stadium. That session helped us to decide on UNC.</p>
