Honors college..

I took the SAT again (still haven’t had time or money for study materials, but I remembered to bring my glasses this time) and got an 1880. I know I won’t receive an invitation, but apparently there’s some way to petition for a spot…

I doubt I’ll get in at all since my UW GPA is only a 3.27 and my W GPA is a 4.05… But if I did, would I be likely to struggle through the honors college? I’m in IB now, if that makes any difference.

More work, fewer students, less time to get the work done, closer interaction with faculty, greater access to even additional work.

For some, it is very stimulating.

I don’t mind the additional work. I don’t plan on having much of a social life anyways…

I might just wait until next year and apply for lateral admission though. I want to have some kind of a part time job so I guess I should make sure I can handle the normal courseload.

No social life? Remember not to let academics completely interfere with your college education. ;)
