Honors Program Invites?

Does anyone know when RIT sends out invitations to their Honors Program? Is it at the same time as their RD decisions? My son was accepted EA with a Presidential Scholarship, invited to the Accelerated Scholars Program, but is wondering if he should still be looking for acceptance into their Honors Program. Has anyone received an acceptance into Honors yet?

My c25’s honors program invite came via email on 3/10. They were admitted through EA.
