<p>My college says : In order to be eligible for the transfer benefits, I must submit a completed application by September 30 of the year I plan to transfer. </p>
<p>Does that mean I have time to finish by the Spring term prior to transfer?? For example if I am transferring 2011 Fall, I have until 2011 Spring and Summer up until September 30th to finish Honors Requirements in order to get the benefits? Lastly, completed application means completing the requirements and classes right?? Please help, I am kind of confused on all these due dates. </p>
