<p>What exactly is the LSA Honors waitlist? And what are the chances of admission once you’re put on this waitlist?</p>
<p>Most people told me that my admission to the Honors program would be a slam dunk (4.0/4.0 GPA, valedictorian, 35 ACT, fives on the three AP tests I took, varsity captain, good extra essay…), but I got waitlisted a few days ago after sending the extra essay in around March 1. Is there some magic secret I don’t know of for getting in?</p>
