I’ve been invited to join honorsociety.org. Does anyone know if this is legit? The main reason I am looking into it is because they are offering tons of scholarships to their members.

It doesn’t seem to be a 501C3 non-profit organization (I couldn’t find it listed in the database).
Buried on their website, I found that it costs $50 every six months (conveniently and automatically billed to your credit card!).
It’s all about the convenience for the customer, right?
So from your comments I’m assuming it’s a bad idea! Thanks for all your help
