<p>I emailed ILR admissions asking if TOs can be offered to ILR wait listed applicants and I got the reply:
“Thanks for your email and continued interest in ILR. In many cases, those students on our waitlist receive a Transfer Offer (TO) in the event we are unable to take them off of the waitlist. Thanks again!”</p>
