hope scholarship

I was just wondering when the hope scholarship applications are due for georgia colleges, because my friend said they were due soon but didn’t know when. Also, I am debating on whether I should go to UGA or Georgia Tech however I do not want to major in an engineering field. Does Georgia Tech have any good programs other than things to do with engineering or would going to UGA (where reading/writing majors are more prominent) be a better choice?

Tech has many highly ranked programs other than engineering/science. Tech’s business school is Top 25 and the public policy and international affairs programs are highly regarded.

If your interest is truly in reading/writing, then you’ll want to go to UGA. Tech does not programs in things like poetry and creative writing.

About the business program, if I applied as undecided would I have to submit another application for the business school at tech?

No. If you are admitted to Georgia Tech, you are admitted to the every degree program. After you are admitted, you will want to call and ask to be switched over the Management.

Terry College of Business at UGA is an excellent Business College.

Oh cool! Thanks for the info guys!

But lower ranked than Georgia Tech.

It took Terry 30 years to get to it’s current ranking and GT’s business school just 4 years to pass it.
