<p>No. It’s not true. It’s not where you’d choose to go if you wanted a big party scene, however. Academics are rigorous and the school appeals to kids who embrace that challenge.</p>
<p>Why don’t you post this in the Hopkins forum, where you have a chance of hearing from actual students about their actual experiences.</p>
<p>Hopkins is very research oriented. If that’s your focus, I think you could be very happy there.</p>
