I assume (s)he means the fifth (top) quintile - 80% to 100%. You know, like quin(t) plus quantile/percentile.

I thought the same. Difference between quant and other sections understandable. But 93 verbal and 25 reading seem so odd.
I would take it again in February and, assuming you do better in reading, send it in. It is worth a try, especially if you think that does not represent your abilities.
