hot at the top?

San Miguel 8th floor, how hot will my room be when its 80 degrees out? They say no air conditioning?

Room floor plan for dbl show both beds raised over desks. I am short and want my bed at floor level. Are the rooms so small thats the only way desk will fit?

It rarely gets to 80 degrees, and being next to the ocean there’s almost always a nice sea breeze. You should be just fine.

The beds actually start off not lofted, and you have the option to loft them if you wish. Everything fits in nicely even if you don’t have the beds lofted!

Bring a fan. You won’t regret it.

UCSB is always 15 degrees cooler than inland during the summer…

I was in FT, 8th floor (South Tower) a couple years ago. I recall that there were days on end in September/October that it was HOT.

Then it all cooled down at November.
