HOT Flashes!!! Do they continue for months or years? (not each one :) )

Why is that? Why doesn’t someone market cheap(er) wicking sleepwear? There would be a huge market!

Menopause at 41. Hot flashes have diminished over the years (mid 50’s now)- but, I think I could set a clock by my 9pm one- never fails - always have one at the same time! :!!

I’ve been on Vivelle Dot (actually a generic estriadol patch .025) for almost three years. I was miserable before and now I feel normal 95% of the time. Wellbutrin takes care of the other 5%. :))

I had a complete hysterectomy in 2012, so I only need the one hormone. It’s been a life/sleep/wardrobe saver.

Very timely - I had my very first hot flash ever this morning. Yay. (I’m 51.) I was working out with a trainer and just began sweating waaaay beyond my exertion level. I was scheduled to do a pool exercise class shortly thereafter, so we ended early so I could jump in the pool and cool off. This is not a club I’m interested in joining!!

I loved Evista. It is a synthetic, as I could never handle BC pills or HRTs.

My a/c went out on Saturday, and finally fixed. Just like in menopause, I sat on the pool steps every few hours to cool off my body temperature. When synthetics exist, no matter what ne should have to suffer so
