<p>sorry but this is a prep school admissions forum, so WL would be one of the biggest issues and if you dont want to talk about it dont click on it.</p>
<p>Admissions are over. The last year has plethora of information on WL. You do not need more pointless threads and such. </p>
<p>Go work on an essay to Hotchkiss telling them how much you love them. WL is a big issue ONLY TO THE extent that many people are waitlisted. Finding useless information as such will not really help anyone. </p>
<p>Do a search, you will find all you need. If you get accepted from WL it is not because of this forum and if you do not it is still not because of this forum.</p>

I agree, if you’re not interested don’t bother reading. Really. Just my two cents and I’m not even a WLer but I’m interested in how all this will play out.</p>

<p>Principalviola:I mean no harm but I feel for the CCers that need some solidarity with others on these forums. Whether it is with accepted, waitlisted or non accepted, the feedback is good. I know some threads go no where though! You might have some valuable info as to what made you a multi-accepted student. Other than stats, what do you think made you stand out from all the others? So on this, you’d have to be rather objective. It’s the question that is burning on some CCers minds. Best of luck to you and congrats! Job well done. I hope I can be as successful next year.</p>

<p>I, truly have no idea why and how I got accepted. I can do my best and guess. I got denied to Peddie, which was actually a very desirable school. </p>
<p>-My SSAT was in the 92-95 range; good, but did not differentiate me from many others.
-My essays were, if I may say so myself, amazing. I was proud of myself.<br>
-Interview… Of campus… They were pretty good, but I have no relative stats to judge
-ECs… Good, I guess?</p>
<p>Hope that helps, I think most of all it was because I showed a passion, a true and burning passion. I love everything I do, and I don’t do it for the sake of doing it.</p>
