<p>Do you mean ECs AT the hotel school?..or ECs to get in?</p>

<p>I don’t know what was meant by the OP. But I was wondering (I have a 9th grade daughter who wants to attend Hotel/CIA program) what extracurriculars would be most beneficial? Waitressing? What could she do in a hotel once she’s 16?</p>

<p>CIA is more of culinary…some people I know before coming to the hotel school have worked as prep cooks ranging from at a hotel to a small bakery</p>
