<p>Well, the lack of reality of the architecture of the hospital takes second place to how ridiculous it is that House could still have a job and be out of jail. You have to suspend a lot to enjoy House, but it’s not about medicine, it’s about him.</p>
<p>I have to say, House may not be my favorite TV show, may not have my favorite episode/scene, may not be my favorite series (book/movie/tv), may not have my favorite character (though it’s a close race on that one), may not have produced my favorite quote, and my not be the work of fiction (book/movie/tv) to have had the most influence on my life so far–but it is, by a wide margin, my favorite love story. Even if there was nothing physical between them, House and Wilson are the best example of “true love of your life” that I’ve seen in fiction, honestly. YMMV, of course.</p>
<p>(It’s probably a betrayal to my generation to admit this, but none of my favorites come from Harry Potter. ;))</p>
