Yes I charged them $10 per flush. All contingencies were removed and no more addendums, but we are waiting for the Bank loan approval. No loan contingency, but we have to wait.

You cannot reason with a Bank, can you? They want it auctioned, thought it will get better price.

Whether it can be financed, it depends, each deal is different. I believe this one can be financed. Normally, if the house is occupied or is trashed, then it cannot be financed.

The 2.5 Mil, could be a sale on the steps since it has no bid, the bank could take it back. I will check the records.

On 11/17/14 the house was sold on the steps and the opening bid was 2.845,000 and since there was no bidder, the bank took it back. The 2.845 is the total due on the Mortgage plus interest and others.

Nobody would pay $2.845 million? Hmmm…the bank will take $3 million. That house is up Lyford Dr. It is a pain in the tush to go up that hill. That never appealed to me. Prices are way up in Tiburon. I don’t know why others aren’t buying that place.
