<p>Double wow… House & Cuddy and 13 taking a leave. They want to keep us guessing for next season.</p>

<p>I think they put them online 8 days after they originally air on Fox. Also, check to see if it re-airs on USA Network on Friday night. Sometimes I notice it in my manage recordings list on the DVR then.</p>
<p>It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be…from the previews I thought it looked like House the Selfless Action Figure.</p>
<p>I just hope this Cuddy thing doesn’t ruin the show. Too often this kind of movement in a show turns into a “jump the shark” kind of thing. I hope they handle it right. (Whatever that means!)</p>
<p>My feeling is that when a medical show stages a big disaster that’s never a good sign for the future. But the episode before, with House at his shrink, was perhaps the best of the year after the 2 hour start. So …?</p>
<p>I’ll have to go back and watch the episode before. Somehow, it didn’t record last week. I did not like the outcome for the young girl although I understand why they did it. I was glad to finally know what happened to House’s leg, since I didn’t watch the early years. I think FOX shows air the next day on the website – I’ve seen Glee that way. I’m never that thrilled to see a woman fall for a guy with the kind of limitations House has. In real life, it’s usually not a Happily Ever After.</p>
<p>This Cuddy/House coupling could be the beginning of the end of the show. The show won’t work if House is happy.
As for 13, maybe Olivia Wilde is having contract issues, so they’re not sure of her status for next season.</p>

I had to search for the season and episode#, but one of the best episodes of House ever (IMO) was 3 Stories - episode 21, Season 1. That’s where you get the real down and dirty on how House lost the function of his leg.</p>
<p>Olivia Wilde is making a movie…maybe that’s why her character wants a break…</p>

<p>I would like House to be more about the cases than the personal relationships…I don’t know how they are going to make Huddy work. I hope it does work.</p>
<p>I was so excited two weeks ago when House finally diagnosed the “cured” gay guy with a Chiari malformation (which I have).</p>
<p>Based on that alone, they have me in for next season.</p>
<p>Seriously, House/Cuddy is doomed to failure.</p>
<p>UMDAD, I hope you have the type with mild or no symptoms.</p>
<p>I didn’t watch it yet- cause I usually watch it on Hulu.</p>
<p>But without seeing it- I don’t like the Huddy thing- now I would like to see Foreman and 13 get back together & I don’t mind seeing House grow up a little bit- but I think their relationship has gone past the stage where it could have morphed into something interesting.</p>
<p>This is also when other medical dramas fall apart- when the relationships/sex start taking time away from the interesting stuff.</p>
<p>I did like the show when they followed Cuddy throughout a day- I think that makes a good contrast to using House as the main character, and I would watch different storylines using that as contrast- but romance within the hospital ( with exception of 13 and Foreman)- not so much.</p>
<p>Not a fan of that ending at all! I honestly thought Cuddy was going to be deceiving House to make sure he didn’t take the meds. Not sure that it’s not still going to play out that way. I really don’t like them together. What is the new hook going to be… house learns how to change a diaper? Seriously… And while I’m at it, I am sooo not interested in Taub’s personal life. Is he supposed to be ‘everyman’? I don’t want ‘everyman’. I want Chase for crying out loud! Cameron is gone, get the guy a woman!! I thought one of the best clips all season was last week at the club where Chase is singing Midnight Train to GA and Foreman & House are singing backup! That was so classic!</p>
<p>I think they made a mistake in having Cuddy adopt a baby. TV shows that aren’t directly about the family never know what to do when a character has a kid…think about Ross on *Friends *or Fraisier’s kid in Boston that he saw what, every other Christmas? The kid is rarely shown and it just makes me think what a terrible parent the character is. </p>
<p>What in the world would House do with a baby?</p>
<p>I liked the one when they went speed dating and Chase was surprised and disappointed that when he told women that he was a slacker- they went for him anyway.</p>
<p>I do like Chases character- I like that he isn’t the " studly" type often portrayed in other medical shows.</p>

<p>I think they should have House, take off for Haiti or NOLA, and see how he has to adapt to get along with people who don’t automatically make accommodations for him.</p>
