<p>I have been accepted to Rutgers. How do you apply to housing? Do you need to enroll first and then apply for housing? </p>

<p>Also, in the financial aid package, I received the FEDERAL DIRECT LOAN-UNSUBSIDIZED. If you do not want to pay the FEDERAL DIRECT LOAN-UNSUBSIDIZED, then do you have a choice not to pay it?</p>

<p>You need to enroll first and then you can apply for housing through the online application.</p>

<p>When you get your financial aid information there should be an option to decline part or all of your award.</p>
