Housing at USC

<p>I’m a transfer student and have heard that on campus housing and housing owned by usc is not the best way to go. </p>

<p>Does anyone know what are the best housing companies that lease exclusively to usc students?</p>

<p>I’m looking for housing in these two areas:</p>

<p>east of vermont ave, west of figueroa st., north of jefferson blvd. and south of adams blvd.
OR
west of vermont ave., east of normandie, south of jefferson blvd., and north of exposition blvd.</p>

<p>go with the first one. you dont want to go west of vermont. there was just two fatal shootings around 35th and normandie. its cheaper but not the best area</p>
