<p>I agree with ukrocks. It sounds as if you’re describing an apartment or loft in downtown LA. For now you’re a student. When you get your first job at the DA’s office or something, then you can have your modern, hardwood floored bachelor pad in downtown.</p>
<p>You won’t get Webb or Sierra, and I don’t know very much about the other three. I just wanted to take a moment to giggle at ‘natural light.’</p>
