<p>I am visitng Ann Arbor for ICPSR’s Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research at UM. Where are most off campus housing residencies located in relation to the campus? </p>
<p>I was considering short term housing in Northwood Community Apartments, but they are unfurnished.</p>
<p>You will want to look for a summer sublet of an apartment near Central Campus for this program. The Northwood Apartments are University housing on North Campus. I believe they are furnished. Most student apartments in Ann Arbor are furnished.</p>
<p>It may be difficult to find a sublet for a month but the July-August period (really starts late June and ends mid-August) is the best to be a subtenant. If a student is going to Spring Half-Term, they may be willing to sublet their apartment for July-August at a discount. Some of the fraternity/sorority houses may also lease out rooms.</p>
<p>You should try to find out if someone is interested in doing this. There may be someone on cc. You may out something on Facebook. I don’t know how else they market subleases these days. A student would probably be more helpful in answering that.</p>
