<p>My son wants to attend santa monica community college. We live in Chicago. Since he is choosing to attend a community college, I’m not sure were he will find a place to live. Does anyone have any suggestions?</p>

<p>depending on transportation: santa monica, westwood, west la (north of national)…does he have a car? public transportation is spotty here. try craugs list for shared rentals. smc may have a board for sharing as well. ucla students will have a housing office where he might be able to find a roommate (look in the daily bruin)</p>
