Housing Letters

I am an international student from Canada.

At CalSO, they informed me that within the next few weeks, I should be receiving a package from the school giving me all my information for my dorms, like when to move in, what to bring and what not to bring, etc.

I heard that a few people have already received these packages.

Is it weird that I havnt received mine yet? Should I be calling the school to double check? Or am I just getting it later because I live in Canada?

Also, I havnt received anything from Berkeley in the mail since my acceptance letter, somehow, I found this kinda strange…did anyone else receive additional packages or information regarding anything?

I haven’t received the package that you’re talking about, but I have gotten a few things from Cal in the mail.

DNA test kit (if you’re in L&S), move-in day parking pass, Cal football/basketball season ticket information… maybe some other stuff, I don’t quite remember

I havn’t gotten anything like this in the mail at all.

Is it because I’m international? Would that even make a difference?

I’m international too, and I’m feeling left out (so much for ‘On The Same Page’) because I haven’t gotten anything since my acceptance letter too. D: Well, I just got a mailer for the Apple Mac promotion (we have that here too lol so oh well) but nothing else…
