<p>Don’t think that the photos for each state are actually anywhere near the town cited. For some reason the Colorado picture for Aurora (SE of Denver) is of the cliffs outside Grand Junction (10 miles from the Utah border)</p>
<p>That said, it just confirms what most of us knew. Markets with huge gains in the last few years are the ones with huge losses now. Kind of brings things back to a more level plain.</p>
<p>The article actually says that it is Grand Junction pictured, and Grand Junction (not Aurora) that is the “best.”</p>
<p>I just heard about a house, next door to some friends, in suburban Detroit. They put it on the market 3 years ago for $450,000. It’s now listed for $179,000.</p>
