<p>Yes, it looks like they’ve held costs pretty much steady at least in this one area–which is probably most helpful for the incoming freshmen. </p>

<p>But what about tuition for fall 2008? Supposedly increasing by 11% for non-residents, and by less than half that percentage for residents. If so, why are they all of a sudden sticking it to non-residents? Thought they were looking to enhance their reputation and increase their admission standards by inducing more non-residents to apply. Also, it looks like they’ve made some changes to the meal plans; good or bad?</p>
