Housing registration problem

<p>So I submitted the $1500 for enrollment and housing, and when I am setting up my housing and finishing it up, it gives me an error and says:</p>

<p>“According to our records, your housing reservation payment has not yet been received. Please visit our website for more information about this payment.”</p>

<p>We payed through credit card. Is this normal?</p>

<p>When did you submit the payment? Sometimes it can take a few days to go through, but if it’s already been a few days, I would give them a call (either the bursar or housing)</p>
