do all the people in MC move in the 20th and the people in ME the 21st??

no, actually they use the move-in times just to try to spread out what times people move in and out so there is not as much traffic. both MC and ME would use those two days (basically have half the halls move in) each day).

ok phew
cuz a lot of my friends who r living in mesa court were moving in the 20th and i thought i was gonna be the only one moving in the 21st

Are we suppose to stay or go home after the moving day?
