there are 2 rooms od equal size in the suite for 2 side by side with a door connected in between, common enrty to the suite say is to room B.

will it be that the two students share the Room A a common bed-room, useing room B as living room. or each student occupy a room separtely? if it is later, then sounds like the one staying room B has less privency.

just curious .

I lived in just such a suite many many years ago. I’d say that it really depends on your relationship with your roommate. We started using the inner room as our bedroom for 2 but ended up using the rooms like 2 singles. I took the outer room and used my desk, which had a tall attached book shelf, to define an entry way to the inner bed room. We had really off balance schedules and the arrangement worked well. I have great funny memories. But I don’t know how students use the suite now.

It all depends. The 2-room BJ suites are all weird-- sometimes room A and room B are nearly identical, sometimes one is much, much bigger than the other. Talk to your roommate about what you think you want to do.
