<p>If a college is a reach, shouldn’t one just apply to any relatively not ‘impacted’ major and then apply for internal transfer(easier as you’ll be knowing the system by then)?

<p>You think no one has thought of that before? Internal transfer to an impacted major can be just as or more difficult than getting in from the start.</p>
<p>No because it’s hard to transfer and besides you want your ECs to match your major anyway</p>
