The deadline is today and I’ve decided to switch to ED II after being deferred. It mentioned having to fill out the ED form but I’d like to ask how people did this. The ED agreement form asks for a counselor signature adn parent signature but how would I supply this digitally onto one pdf? I did ED previously for UPenn and my mom had to fill out the form on Commonapp, but I was not sent anything to sign off anything on commonapp
Any help would be much appreciated and would filling out the form be too late if I do nto figure this out before Feb 5 ends?
Did you call the admissions office to ask this question? I’d start there.

Call them. But make sure you get signatures quickly.
