How are ECs evaluated for non-trad applicants?

So I’ve been stressing about my applications, specifically the fact that I have very little time or energy for “traditional” EC’s such as clubs, music, art, sports, etc. due to working full-time and taking classes half-time. How do colleges react to applicants that have been working and thus have relatively thin recent accomplishments in EC’s? Is it understood that a 40-60 hour workweek is a perverse form of a major EC, or is there an expectation that I be superwoman and somehow juggle more substantive extracurriculars into my schedule (I listed hiking/skiing with my dog, cooking local/vegan meals at home, and occasional programming/sysadmin tinkering as my main EC’s)?

Obviously, apps have been long since due and there’s nothing I can do (nor would do differently), but I’m trying to be realistic about my chances and how my ECs or lack thereof might hurt.

EC’s for non-trads are a really different thing… it doesn’t need to be a club… but they love to see us have hobbies, and passions… but it’s important to be well rounded… which means taking things a step further. If you love vegan why not try to educate seniors on cooking vegan heart-healthy meals?

I don’t know how it will hurt you, they look at us as a package so it’s important for them to make sure the package has equally distributed characteristics.
