If you continue to rise your cumulative GPA, you should have a good shot. Pitt takes special consideration into student profiles with an exceptionally difficult course load, outside jobs, and such. Pittsburgh does not have an early decision program–they operate on rolling admissions all year long until they meet a certain number of seats. I’d say that you should apply quickly (August or September). If they’re concerned about your GPA, they may hold your application and ask for your first semester senior year grades before making a final decision. Go for it!

hey, i have sort of similar grades, but fewer AP’s. my HS is private and we’re known for our academics. my college counselor said its realistic, but not definite, so i’m guessing its the same for you. apply early. like now if you haven’t. they will let you know if they want to see your senior grades. good luck!
