<p>I would say that you have a good chance, although of course you should remember that at this level, colleges tend to be somewhat random in admitting people. Not only do you have good test scores, but you’re also a URM from the Midwest.
I would say that your weak spot is your ECs. They seem to be somewhat lacking. However, it all depends on how much effort you’ve spent on those, namely how many years you’ve been involved with those activities.
Overall, I would say that you have a better than average chance of getting in.</p>

<p>I think you have a good shot at getting in, so long as you don’t come across as “average” in your recs and essay.</p>
