I am currently a senior and I also want to know if I need to work on my extracurriculars?? And do I have enough time to fix them?? Thank you in advance.

I think you need to try to get that SAT up to have more university options.
Your ECs show independent hobbies, but I don’t see long term participation in clubs or organized events for the community; maybe that’s a good thing and you can weave it into your essays.
I’d say that trying to find new ECs as a senior is a little late since apps will open soon.

Ok thank you so much!!

I followed your car-essay thread here. Are you sure you wouldn’t want to do an industrial design program? This one is the only one in the country with a transportation specialty track. Your stats could be in range if you raise your SAT. (Middle 50% for this program: 1270-1380) https://daap.uc.edu/academics/design/bs_industrial.html

Closer to home, the Industrial Design program at CSULB also offers a lot of opportunities in the automotive industry. You could always add that one program to your CSU app, just to keep the option open. https://www.csulb.edu/design/bachelor-of-science-industrial-design

You can take dental school prereqs no matter what you major in for undergrad. There’s nothing wrong with a bio major, of course, but that’s not what I hear you saying you love. (And beyond cars, somebody has to design dental instruments and equipment too.)

Just an out-of-left-field thought… but too many young people with pre-professional ambitions think they have to be bio majors… and you really don’t unless it’s truly what you want.

i think you will get into UCSC, Santa Clara, UOP and USF. Hard to know what kind of merit aid the privates might offer. All 3 are absurdly expensive at full fare.

Davis is a coin toss… certainly worth an ap.

I would apply to two of these: Sac, SF, Chico or Sonoma. - all are NCal safetys with your stats and have solid Bio programs.

Good luck
