How are the sam walton scholarships distributed?

<p>My town has 2 walmarts, does this means there will be 2 scholars from my city?</p>

<p>All I know is the website said winners would be selected from the pool of semi-finalists from their state. So I’m competing with other students from Pennsylvania.</p>
