These are my AP scores after my junior year of high school.
4- World History
5 - Music theory
5 - English lang and comp
5 - Stat
4 - Latin
5- Chemistry
5 - Calc AB
4 - US History

Will these scores give me a significant edge in the ivy league admissions process? Or will I just be another member of the pool?

AP scores don’t really count much for admission; every other factor (SAT/ACT, coursework, essays) is going to be more important, so don’t stress about it. Your scores are pretty good, but almost every other Ivy applicant is going to have similar scores.

You just made AP national scholar. There are about 2000 juniors who make it every year. There is an excel file out somewhere which also has the per state/grade distribution.

Excellent, strong, about as good as they can be. Many top applicants have similar scores, but you have put yourself in good position. And AP scores are a relatively small factor in admissions. You will not be rejected simply because you had four 5s and not six 5s, etc.
