The minor thing - Well, under summer activities, I did something each of the 3 summers, but the first summer I only did it 3hrs/ week and the next 2 5hrs/week but on the app I spaced out and just put 5 for each summer.

The major thing-My essay appear to contradict my ethnicity identificaition.

I wouldn’t worry about that first issue. It seems like an honest mistake and is so minor that I doubt anyone would care.

I don’t follow the concern with the second issue. Did you write an essay about the difficulty being a Native American, then check “White” under ethnicity? I’m not sure how an admissions officer would interpret it - if they even notice it.

Well, I wrote my essay on having ancestor’s from Spain, yet being unable to speak Spanish, and how I’ve made efforts through school and outside to learn the language. I culturally consider myself to be Mediterranean. However, different schools and different forms (employment, universities, corporations, etc.) have different definitions of what “Latino” is. From one law I read, employers must respect how people answer the question; for that reason, I didn’t worry about my not checking off the box in case the university considers me to Latino. My concern is that their definition classifies me as so and when they see that I have answered “no” they will try to change my identification. Either that or they will accuse me of “lying” and reject me.
