How bad does a C+ hurt?

<p>If my final grade for the year in an AP class was a C+, is that very bad for college? I’m not applying to Ivy Leagues or anything.</p>

What colleges are you applying to?
What score did you get on the AP exam? If you get a 4 or a 5 you can partially cancel out the negative effect of that score.</p>

<p>I only got a 3 on the exam also (AP History) I just wasn’t good at that subject…</p>

<p>Aside from the C+ my other grades were decent. </p>

<p>I am applying to schools like NYU, UMCP, and Georgia Tech just to name a few.</p>

<p>for most schools, you should be fine…most schools accept most kids who apply</p>
