How bad is 7 on the writing?

I am frustrated after getting 7 on the writing. I was expecting at least 8.

How bad is this? How can I prepare for new act? I have no clue how to prepare for the new act writing. Where do new act prompts can be found? I can only find one prompt on the ACT website.
