Is it awkward for a student who has taken Algebra 2 H, Trig/Pre-Cal H, Calculus AB AP, Calculus BC AP with all As in his high school career, and scored a 4 on Calculus AB AP exam and 720 on Math II SAT 2 with a 550 on math for SAT?

sorry to say, but it looks bad. it means that your A’s don’t count for much. or it just means that you aren’t a good standardized test taker?

All it means is that your algebra skills might be lacking. Or you somehow managed to bomb all the probability and geometry.

that’s so weird…probably careless mistakes???

It’s prolly careless mistakes. But I would suggest taking the SAT again to get that math up. Schools use standardized tests to judge how much your ranks and grades mean, if you are getting A’s, they really don’t matter much if you don’t get a high score on a standardized test. With that, take it again if it is an option.
