How bad is this?

International transfer- Rain is pretty heavy in my country, so lots of FedEx places closed down for a couple of days… Bottomline… Submitting my Fin Aid application to Brown postmarked the 2nd… going to be there by the 4th. Am I screwed??? I called the admissions office and an admissions officer said that they’re going to start reviewing things in a week, so it doesn’t matter… but I’m skeptical.

I highly doubt one or two days will matter extensively. If nothing else, Administration is aware of your situation and I would take their word for it.

To be honest, many students will be sending out information on the last day, and all of this has to get to Brown from around the world: this includes people who aren’t going by rush delivery or within a close location. They wouldn’t start processing it on the 3rd or some such date, there would be a time to collect all the forms from X to Y period and attach them to the correct files

Summarily: If they said it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t.

You are absolutely fine…i got my secondary school report and fin aid for freshman admission 10 days late and they accepted it…keep the worries for the decision day
