How can I create these types of science fair boards?

<p>So this is my last science fair and I want to do something more professional for my display board instead of the usual pasted colored papers.</p>

in this picture, im interested in the board to the left that is partially cut out (the one that says "Model for Enzyme Replacement Therapy"). What kind of board is that?</p>

<p>Powerpoint, then take it to be printed professionally at Kinko's. I know there are professional science poster-creating programs out there but I didn't have access to one (and they're very expensive), so Powerpoint is your next best option.</p>
